Sandpiper Bay HOA was developed by Gene Miles and the first building was completed in 1983. Our community has 37 buildings and 103 individual units consisting of quads, tri’s, large and small duplexes. All condos are waterfront with beach and lake access for swimming, fishing, paddle boating, canoeing, or kayaking.

NEW roofs and gutters on all condos completed in Fall 2023.
